Water supplied to the hotel complex was of poor quality, with corrosion and microbiological issues in storage tanks and the pipe network. Management advised guests against using tap water for drinking or brushing teeth.
De Merus-oplossing
Merus Rings were installed at several locations and pipes throughout the water system to address water quality across the entire facility.
Resultaten
→Iron content and microorganism levels diminished shortly after installation. Water color and turbidity normalized and microorganism levels stabilized below 100 CFU/ml. Chemical treatment was discontinued. Performance remained stable over one year after installation, management considered permitting guests to use tap water again, and environmental and cost benefits were achieved by eliminating bottled water needs.
