From high purity to everyday cooling
For high purity applications such as microchips or pharmaceuticals, Industrial or Bio Industrial Merus Rings work alongside other steps as pre treatment that supports filtration or reverse osmosis. For lower demand uses such as heating, cooling or cleaning, the Merus Ring is very often the only water treatment equipment in the plant.
How the ring works in a plant
The aluminium ring is charged so that it emits a targeted pattern of oscillations. Transferred to the liquid, it raises the solubility of the substances dissolved in the water. Limescale dissolves, corrosion is minimised and biofilm is removed, all without contact to the liquid and without interrupting your process.
